We build and renovate a variety of quality homes from 2 bedroom bungalows to 5 bedroom townhouses. When initiating a particular project we endeavour to find the needs of the local community in a modern world, whilst retaining an edge of quality in everything we do.

Over the years we have worked upon various different projects encompassing courtyard schemes to single bungalows; please take a look at a broad selection of the projects our personnel have undertaken through the years.

CURRENT DEVELOPMENTS ARCHIVE DEVELOPMENTS

DITTON WALK, CAMBRIDGE

Currently applying for permission for a courtyard scheme of approximately 6 houses in conjunction with a local contractor.

STOW ROAD, SPALDWICK, CAMBS

In the process of pre-application correspondence and will be submitting an application for a scheme of luxury houses with countryside views. This will be in the form of Joint venture with Campbell Buchanan Ltd.

Off of ST LEONARD’S DRIVE, TATERSHALL ROAD, WOODHALL SPA, LINCS

Submitting an application for 2 semi-detached houses in this quiet and convivial Lincolnshire village

HAMILTON DRIVE, STUDLEY, WARKS

Currently in the planning process with Stratford District Council. We are looking to pursue a scheme of approximately 15 family sized houses that will fit into the local community and provide an element of affordable housing that we feel will be intrinsically vital to this area of Warwickshire.

THE AVENUE, STRATFORD UPON AVON, WARKS

Working in association with Banner Homes (West Midlands) we have just had a permission approved for a scheme of luxury houses. Building will commence in the latter part of 2006.

CROWN STREET, PETERBOROUGH, CAMBS

We are currently deciding which type of scheme we wish to pursue having gained an outline planning consent. It is likely that this scheme will comprise 1 & 2 bedroom affordable apartments.

Abbots Road, Abbots Langley, Herts

Working in association with McCann Homes, we are currently pursuing a development of approximately 6-8 character houses within a courtyard style development.

Harrowden Road, Bedford, Bedfordshire

We are currently seeking planning permission for a mix of flats and 3 & 4 bed town houses in this location; which sits just outside the town centre and south of the River.

Lillington Road , Royal Leamington Spa , Warwickshire

A mixed development comprising flats and townhouses, we are endeavouring to bring this development to the market in conjunction with Countrywide Homes. The planning application is currently in the process of going to appeal.

Irchester Road, RUSHDEN, Northants

Working with a local contractor this development site will cater for a row of 4 terraced houses that will serve the local community.  Within close proximity to local shops and only half a mile from the Town Centre; this development will prove to be a good location for reasonable prices.

School Lane, Bushey , Herts

Working in association with Clearview Homes, this site is currently under construction for 3 premium town-house style dwellings.

Dorset

Riviera , Grove Road , Bournemouth

An extremely spacious (1350 sq ft) flat overlooking the sea and right on the promenade. This flat was transformed from a dated 1970's style of décor to a modern, light and airy apartment.

Hertfordshire (South)

Albany Close, Bushey Heath

A detached 4 bedroom house within striking distance of Bushey Heath and the local parade of shops. This property has been extensively modernised to create a modern open plan style of living. With the flexible design approach taken, it caters for even further modifications/extension possibilities, with a large garden area supplying potential for more spacious living accommodation.

Northamptonshire

Twin development: 22 & 24 Main Street, Loddington

These character cottages (Circa 1850) are restored in a caring and fastidious manner creating beautiful family homes with surprisingly large accommodation. The iron-stone built properties are exceptionally well located, close to both the A14 and A43; whilst being set in a scenic and tranquil village location.

The Bird in Hand Pub, Grove St , Raunds

This development comprises a comprehensive refurbishment of an early Victorian 3 storey village pub. The property has a basement area that can be used for either storage, office use or a kids play area, with an extra WC.
