Gillian serves with a regional property group but spends some time advising us on valuations and helping us formulate appraisals for new developments.

Ken has served many years in industry and taken on various Chief
Executive and Non-Executive Director positions; his last full
time role was that of Deputy Director General of the CBI. His
work in industry has been rewarded and recognised with various
honours and he still works in a Non-Executive Director capacity
on various plc boards. Having an immense breadth and depth of
knowledge & experience he has aided us in formulating our
strategy over the next few years and remains an advisor to us
on a long term but part-time basis.
Other Personnel We work with various planning consultants, architects and joint
venture associates on a daily basis. In addition, we have a pool
of specialist construction sub-contractors when required for a
particular project that might be undertaken. |
