Harrowden Road, Wellingborough

We secured the site and won planning permission for 5 houses (detached and link detached). The design made good use of the land and endeavoured to take from the local vernacular where possibe. In addition, thought was given to tree planting at the entrance of the site to mitigate other tree loss and create a canopy at the site entrance.
