Matthew is the Managing Director and founder of the business with over 25 years experience in property and real estate development. Starting life in the City with both JP Morgan and Goldman Sachs, Matthew honed his skills in project management whilst starting to fund the beginnings of the Blenheim group of companies. Matthew is very comfortable within any aspect of the residential development arena and has built upon two previous generations within his family that equally provided "proper homes" for aspirational people.

His flair for seeking out land opportunities and envisaging a beautiful well appointed end product, coupled with a hugely in depth knowledge of the planning process ensure that each opportunity is fully utilised. He has a passion for residential land of all forms and for building high quality homes within the Home Counties & Greater London with the sister company, Blenheim Homes.

Vanya has 15 years experience in both running the administrative side of business units/ projects and has previously worked in PA and legal secretary posts. Her organised manner and attention to detail help the smooth running of day to day office requirements and the after sales process, once delivery of any new housing schemes have taken place.

Rachel is our coordinator of all projects and ensures that any technical issues or functional issues are dealt with by liaising with landowners, suppliers, architects and building contractors. Rachel supports Matthew on a day to day basis and has a keen eye for detail, she organises and assists with all administration issues relating to all of our projects from inception through to the end result.

Blenheim works with a carefully selected team of planning consultants, architects, lawyers and construction contractors to help develop the opportunity and deliver a bespoke quality "new homes" product. The team of people work tirelessly to add value through every stage of the project life cycle to ensure nothing is overlooked and to ensure the optimum solution is produced.
