Having purchased the site, we have gained planning permission to allow more housing that will be aimed at the younger generation and families. The site has had myriad uses over the years from Pig Farm to Market Garden to Equestrian Facilities/ Buiilders Yard, and we now feel a comprehensive residential scheme and use is correct for the location. Bedfordshire desire housing in villages and growth, and not all have to be Bedford centric.  The site is well located within a node of the village and has local facilities and impressive school catchments.
